How do I transfer funds within my own accounts with EBSI?
Online request
Instructions must be submitted before 2:30pm for same day value, otherwise the funds will be processed on the next working day.
To notify us, login to www.ebshkfg.com and go to the HK shares trading page to complete and submit the online Inter-company Fund Transfer Form. We shall acknowledge receipt of your submitted instruction through email.
Written request
If you do not have access to the Internet to submit the Inter-company Funds Transfer form, you can fax a duly signed written instruction to investment Consultant with the following information:
Account name
Account number
Transfer amount
To/From which account (Everbright Securities Investment Services (HK) Limited, Everbright Securities Digital Finance (HK) Limited, CES Forex (HK) Limited or CES Commodities (HK) Limited and corresponding account numbers
Value day
The transfer request is only available for clients who also maintain accounts with other EBSI companies.
The inter-company transfer will be reflected in the account balance of your online account once the process is completed.
All instructions received after 2:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
