Please login to our trading platform, click on 'Forms' - 'Streaming Real-time Quotes & SMS Service', fill in the ' AAStocks Streaming Real-time Quotes Service' form and submit to us. Or, you can contact your Investment Consultant.

How do I pay for real-time stock quotes?

Streaming Real-time Stock Quotes

When you subscribe to the service, a monthly fee will be debited from your trading account within 2 weeks after the service is activated. The monthly fee will then be automatically debited from your trading account each month. The online subscription forms are available on our trading platform. Or, you can call your Investment Consultant for details.

Snapshot Real-time Stock Quotes

After new account activation, 100 free basic quotes / months will be granted for first 3 months.
Every executed trade will earn 100 bonus quotes.
Unused bonus quotes will expire and cannot be carried forward to other months. (e.g. Trades executed in January and bonus quotes earned can only be used in February. Trades executed in February and bonus quotes earned can only be used in March and so on.)
Additional quotes can be purchased. (at HKD 10/100) Unused quotes will expire and cannot be carried forward to other months.
According to HKEx, stock quotes used from market opening to 15 minutes after market close of each trading session will be counted as real-time quotes usage. On any normal trading day, stock quotes from 9:00 to 12:15 and from 13:00 to 16:15 will be considered as real-time quotes.
Everbright Securities Investment Services (HK) Limited has the discretion to delay the real-time quote service to specific clients without prior notice.

How do I cancel real-time stock quotes?

To cancel the real-time stock quotes, please notify us by online submission of the cancellation form on our trading platform. You must notify us before the end of the month by online submission, or please call your Investment Consultant.
