Why is my account suspended (locked)?

To safeguard your trading account, your account will be suspended (locked) after 5 consecutive login failures. Please call our Customer Service Hotline on +852 2822 5001 for password reset or other assistance.

If I am locked out of my eMO! account, can I login to my account via the online trading portal?

No. Once your account is being locked in eMO!, you cannot login your account via the online trading platform

Do I need to use the service plan of any particular telecommunication service provider?

No, eMO! can be accessed via the network of any telecommunication service provider or anywhere with WiFi access. Please refer to the fees and charges schedule of your telecommunication service provider for mobile data usage
