How am I notified of the execution of my HK shares instructions?

We will send you an email to notify you of the execution.

What kind of confirmation and statements will I receive?

Daily eContract Note, Daily eStatement and Monthly eStatement:

You will receive your Daily eContract Note and eStatement by email at your designated email address summarising your daily trading activities. You will also receive your Monthly eStatement by email.

Your Daily eContract Note, eStatement and Monthly eStatement will be sent to you in PDF format. It is recommended that you save them for future reference. To view these statements, you must install Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 or above).

Alternatively, you can check the past 30 days eContract Notes and eStatements at our website after logging in by selecting 'Statement & eContract Note' under the 'Portfolio' menu.

If you wish to receive physical contract notes and statements by post, or you wish to change the default language, simply login to our trade engine, click on 'My Particulars' and change the corresponding details.

Order notifications:

You will receive order notifications (buy/sell/amend/cancel/expire) by any or all of the following methods: web alerts, email or mobile phone SMS.

Shall I receive confirmation for an IPO application?

Yes. A daily statement of account will be sent to you on the allotment date.

How can I check my allotment if my IPO application goes through?

You can also obtain such information by viewing your trading account on or after the allotment date.

Stock Options

How shall I be notified of a stock options trade execution?

Once your order is executed, the order status will be updated in the Position Status tab in the trading platform. We will send out a daily statement by post to you in the morning of the next trade day after the trade execution.

Note: All of your trading and portfolio will be automatically updated on real time basis.

How shall I be notified of a trade execution “Futures Trader Pro”?

Once your order is executed, the order status willbe updated in the 'Order Book' on our trading system. You will alsoreceive a daily statement by mail/email after your trade is executed.

Note: Your trading and portfolio information will beautomatically updated on real-time basis.

B Shares

How do I know if the order is being executed?

Your Investment Consultant should confirm the execution with you. Also, you should receive your contract note, daily statement and monthly statement through mail.

Will I receive U.S. shares trade confirmations?

Trade confirmation is saved electronically. You can check your trade confirmation by login the U.S. trading platform or login the website https://www.myedocumentsuite.com using the same login ID after the trade day.

How will I be notified after the execution of my FX orders?

Once your order is done, a 'Trade Confirmation' window will pop-up with the trade details on the trading platform.

What kind of FX trade confirmations and statements will I receive?

After a trade execution, a 'Trade Confirmation' window will pop-up in your trading platform with details of the trade. Each day, you will receive a daily eStatement by email to your designated email address on the following day, summarising your daily trading activities. Alternatively, you can check the past 30 days' eStatements on the trade platform after login.
Every month, a monthly statement will be sent to you by post for free summarising your cash movements and transactions executed within the post month.
