Effective from August 19, 2025, buy orders or transfer in U.S. Low Price Securities are no longer accepted (i.e. generally refers to stocks that have ever priced at or below USD5, or belong to companies with a market capitalization of USD300 million or less at any point). Moreover, sell orders for U.S. Micro-Cap Stocks are no longer accepted (i.e. generally refers to stocks of companies with a market capitalization of USD300 million or less at any point). Custody services for the abovementioned stocks will remain available until further notice. We reserve the full discretion to modify the list of stocks (U.S. Low Price Securities and U.S. Micro-Cap Stocks) permitted for trading on our platform at any time.
