Instructions for Investment Immigration Application |
|
|
You may apply for investment immigration to Hong Kong if you are an overseas permanent resident aged 18 or above, and have possessed a net asset of HK$10 million or above over the past two years and invested HK$10 million in specified financial assets* in Hong Kong, and meet other eligibility criteria specified by the Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR (“Immigration Department”). Your spouse and children under the age of 18 (if applicable) may apply for entry for residence as dependants if your application for investment immigration is accepted. Therefore, your application will benefit your entire family. |

Application Process for Investment Immigration** |
|
As long as completing the procedures marked in gold in the left flowchart, clients are eligible to apply for a Hong Kong permanent ID card after 7 years of establishing the account*. In addition to easy immigration through investment, you can enjoy all the benefits of living in Hong Kong.
SHK CIES Discretionary Portfolio Management Services is flexible, allowing you to decide whether to obtain services from an immigration consultant company. Follow the steps in gold shown in the right flowchart if you choose not to use an immigration consultant company: |
